We want to acknowledge you today.
YOU.
Because whether you’ve been with us from the first Checklists in 2016, or you’ve just taken a couple of actions from a recent Checklist,
you have supported democracy, respect, equality, and compassion.
And you’ve done it while also working and seeking rest.
While care giving, and healing (inside and out).
While creating by building up, and creating by breaking down.
You’ve continued while also challenging the status quo, and being challenged by it.
While teaching, and amplifying the voices of those teaching you.
While parenting, and discovering the wisdom of the generations before and after you.
While you were frustrated, you showed up anyway.
While you were overwhelmed, you managed one. more. step.
While you were broken hearted, you called out in support of the rights
of your neighbors, of strangers, of your loved ones, of fellow Americans.
You may feel exhausted. You may feel challenged to your core.
You may feel at the brink.
At this moment. Yesterday. It comes and goes.
(Guess what. You are not alone. Not by a long shot.)
But still you work, and seek rest. You care give, and heal. You create.
We see you.
We. See. You.
And today, we acknowledge you. We honor you. Right where you are, how you are.
THANK YOU.
For all you do.
We are heart-fully grateful for you,
and for every action you’ve taken with us so far.
You are seen.
You are loved.
Thank you.

You are the true heroes – steadfast and immovable! You have inspired with hope, not hate! Thanks for consistently leading us through these difficult years with faithful, fearless leadership. We have consciences, science and sincerity on our side!
Jen, I would like to thank you and your team for providing the guidance and leadership I needed to take the first steps to get involved in this mission of Democracy. I am a “checklist” person, and your checklists left me with no excuse to sit back and wait for another day to get started on this work. Thank you! Let’s hope for the best next week. I hope you’re planning to take a nice break after the election, regardless of the results. THANK YOU!!!
