Class 3: Resting into your roots

- Create a sacred space with images or representations of your three most important people (and bonus Nourishing Land).
- Spend time in front of this sacred space daily.

This was the sacred space I set up on my last retreat: My great-grandmother Hofmann, my favorite Indigo Girls CD, and an icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe (along with assorted finds from my trail walks).
Class 4: The Practice of Communing
- Recording link: Here! Due to the increase in internet (school and work online), many people had trouble calling in. I even got dropped halfway through the call and only half got recorded. I’m sorry for the resulting delay, but took the opportunity to re-record the class this morning (3-19-20).
